'HarborLumenPark's vision started modestly: to share original Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our quaint family-led pizza shop began with age-old recipes passed down by ancestors.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, perfected her pizza-crafting skills throughout Italy, studying with esteemed Neapolitan pizza masters. After returning to the UK, she focused on replicating the traditional Italian pizza experience, complete with conventional techniques and top-notch ingredients.
What originated as a humble establishment with only 12 seats has blossomed into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Despite our growth, our dedication to craft and genuine flavors remains as steadfast as ever. We continue utilizing traditional wood-burning ovens, preparing our dough every single day, and selecting only the finest quality produce for use.
Nowadays, 'HarborLumenPark' is still managed by the Rossi kin, with the next generation at the helm of our enthusiastic team. Even amidst modern progress, the essence of our operation endures: to forge luscious, bona fide pizza that unites folks.
